Accordingly, to accept the said appointment letters, please get a releasement from the present workplace on 2022.12.09 (since 2022.12.10 and 2022.12.11 are weekend holidays), and on 2022.12.12 at 8.30 AM please come to the meeting hall of the Personnel and Training Division located on the 06th floor of the Western Provincial Council complex with the National Identity Card.
Also, I further inform you that you will be sent for training from 2022.12.12 to 2022.12.16.
